Letter from our Athletic Director about joining our athletic programs.

Catonsville High School has a long and proud tradition in athletics. Catonsville has fielded competitive athletic teams since 1905 since the school's inception.

Our athletic program has had great success with teams winning county, regional and state championships over the years. We offer the following competitive sports:

Seasonal Sport Check-Ins

All athletic program registration requirements are conducted through FormReLeaf.


Here is a list of what needs to be done prior to trying out for a spring sport:

1.    Complete the online registration at 

a.    If at any time you need assistance, call the FormReleaf Support line at 1-844-367-6735.   Do not contact your coach or athletic director for web site support. 

2.    Download and submit a current, completed physical form if one is not on file at school from a previous sports season this school year. 

a.     Remember, physicals are valid for one year.

b.    The physical form can be submitted to either Mrs. Richter (Athletic Trainer) or Mr. Hambor (Athletic Director) in the gym area

3.    Make certain your child meets the academic eligibility requirements to participate in interscholastic sports for Baltimore County Public Schools (BCPS). 

a.     Academic eligibility is based on the most recent report card. 

b.    To be academically eligible for participation in interscholastic sports for BCPS the student must have a GPA of at least 2.0 and no more than one failing grade (E).
