Catonsville High School has a long and proud tradition in athletics. Catonsville has fielded competitive athletic teams since the school's inception in 1905. Our athletic program has had great success with teams winning county, regional and state championships over the years.

Seasonal Sport Check-Ins

All athletic program registration requirements are conducted through FormReLeaf. 

Here is a list of what needs to be done prior to trying out for a sport:
1.    Complete the online registration at Formreleaf.com 
a.    If at any time you need assistance, call the FormReleaf Support line at 1-844-367-6735.  
b. Do not contact your coach or athletic director for web site support. 

2.    Submit a current, completed physical form if one is not on file at school from a previous sports season this school year.
 a.     Remember, physicals are valid for fourteen months.
 b.    The physical form can be submitted to  Mr. Hambor

3.    Make certain your child meets the academic eligibility requirements to participate in interscholastic sports for Baltimore County Public Schools
 a.     Academic eligibility is based on the most recent quarter report card grades. Fall eligibility is based on 4th quarter grades from the previous school year.
 b.    To be academically eligible students must have a GPA of at least 2.0 and no more than one failing grade (E).
